
- Return & Refund Policy
We take the quality of our products very seriously. We are extremely thorough in our quality checks and packaging and shipping of Uktha jewellery, so it is highly unlikely that any customer would experience any grievance with our jewellery.
In case that you face any issues :-
*We offer store credit for the amount paid to purchase the item.
Grievance redressal will be done in case of :-
* Any kind of breakage that is not because of mishandling of products.
*Any manufacturing defect.
Terms and conditions for exchange and refund policy
*There has not been any intentional or unintentional mishandling of the product after receiving the product.
*The customer would need to make the video while opening the packaging .
Any claim would be processed only after the products have been received and inspected by us.Any broken or dislodged part of the product must be sent along with the package.
*Before the claim is processed inspection of the returned products will be carried out and in case of mishandling of the products, the claim shall not be approved. Claim shall be processed only once per order.
*The issues related to the defect or damage must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product, else they shall not be entertained.
*Send us the video of unpacking of parcel along with clear photos of the items within 24 hours of receiving the parcel on our mail id support-
*Items must be kept unused and with all the original packaging with all the tags.
*As soon as you notify us we will initiate the required process and guide you through to make the entire process hassle free.
*By default items can only be picked up from the shipping address previously provided.
*Our exchange/refund policy is valid only for 24 hours after receiving the product. To avoid any misuse of this policy, any case of late notification or any unreasonable demand will be handled at the discretion of the company and we reserve the right to not process the claim.
*Credit note will be processed by us only after we receive back the items in due time frame, with all the original packing and in intact and undamaged form.
*Please be patient in the processing in the return or refund as there may be a slight delay in processing during festive and holiday season or due to the non-availability of the specific product.
*Specific details of the product like colour, raw materials, size etc are mentioned with every product. We write it in a very easy to read manner and we encourage all our customers to read it before placing their order.
- REFUND POLICY
We offer full refunds only in the following two conditions without any exceptions:-
*Aprepaid order is lost in transit and the same is marked as lost by the shipping company in tracking status of the order.
* A prepaid is not delivered within 15 working days of ordering due to the non serviceable pin code or a natural calamity and the same is updated by the shipping company in the tracking status of the order.
- JEWELLERY BOXES
Jewellery boxes provided along with the jewellery are complimentary. we use strong and high quality boxes and the primary purpose of the boxes is to protect the jewellery in transit and unscure that it reaches to you safely.
